Completed an Insurance Certificate earning a 92% to become a licensed insurance agent. Then underwent more training to understand what belairdirect offers and efficiently use computer systems and up-sell to clients. In the following months I applied my newly acquired knowledge and skills to close sales for home and automobile insurance while simultaneously adapting to a continuously changing industry.

During my time at Nordstrom I self-learned product knowledge and provided customer service to multiple customers. I learned how to have meaningful interactions with customers and develop relationships while providing a high-quality shopping experience.

Developed strong listening skills and the ability to quickly and efficiently react to customer and patron needs. Also carried out opening and closing responsibilities of the facilities and registers.
