Worked as Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering Department.Accountable for setting and advancing the academic strategy of the department in line with Faculty and University strategic plans and direction.Create and exploit new opportunities for knowledge transfer activity in order to secure additional income streams and new areas of teaching and/or research.Relations with the External Authorities viz. Board of Technical Education, Govt. of UP, District Administration. Involve the teachers in development of specific curricular objectives to meet the needs of the school program.Evaluate student progress, supervise and appraise the performance of the staff.Develop and support a high degree of student moral through curricular and extra-curricular activities, services and coordinate the participation of all members of the teaching staff in the program.Direct the maintenance of student cumulative records of student progress/ achievement and the provision of regular reports to parent on progress.Promote the institution’s value in the competitive surrounding/locality.

 Responsible for all the academic affairs of the Lagos Skipper Engineering Academy. Looks after day to day activities relating to teaching and other workloads of his/her teaching and non-teaching staff. Looks after the matter related to R & D, Consultancy and Research Publications. Relations with the Government Authorities viz. Education Ministry of Lagos State, Education Ministry of Calabar State and Kaduna State for establishing new academies. Presenting progress report of academy to World Bank Authorities. Designed curriculum for Lagos Skipper Engineering Academy, Technical College, Ikotun for Electrical Engineering Course. It is a PPP based educational body funded by World Bank.
