Handled 2 Scrum teams for Cox Automotive project and GoToro. UsedScrumban and Scrum Methodology.• As a scrum master conducted scrum ceremonies such as daily stand up’s, refinement meeting, retrospectives and coach team on Scrum and Kanban practices.• Worked closely with PO on the Use Stories by analyzing the business use cases and prioritizing them.• Helped the team with the impediments by directing them to the right direction and making sure team do not have any roadblocks.• Work closely with the client on daily basis and take regular feedback on the performance of the team and make necessary improvements.• Prepare monthly reports such as Lead Time and Cycle Time, ADR(Agile delivery report), Cumulative flow. Along with these follow the quarterly iteration plan for the project.

1. Took ownership and have driven the transition of a Product team towards Agile development in 2 months. Scrum Master for 2 distributed teams and managed planning, backlog grooming, and sprint deliverables.2. Guide and coach the teams on Scrum and Agile practices consistent with team standards and helping them achieve their commitments and objectives day to day, sprint-to sprint.3. Responsible for release management: dependencies, challenges and risks. Technically knowledge on the product functionality and design.4. Worked with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce certified third party automation tools. Which helps Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce users automate their day to day work. Which is used for Data upload, Download and data migration from different systems such as SQL, CSV and Salesforce. 5. Understand technical requirements of projects and effectively manage resources, vendors and test efforts.6. Provide support to clients with technical queries for these automation tools.

1. Assist customers with cases involving Winshuttle products. Also have provided them with Customer Trainings.2. Ability to deal with different customers located across the Asia Pacific region. Worked with clients Coca-Cola, Oxygen business solution, Spotlight,Accenture, Kordia Solutions Australia, Nike Australia, Philips, etc.3. Have worked on 3 projects(Philips Netherlands, Wartsila India and TransCanada) which included creation of Scripts and Forms for Updating data at SAP level.4. Assist customers with Winshuttle product configuration and Winshuttle Forms(Composer) & workflow development.
