Responsible for all operational aspects of the Platform28 cloud. This includes ensuring our software is running in a secure and performant manner. How that software is deployed and updated, as well as how our services are monitored. I also ensure that we have documentation for all operational aspects of our cloud, including incident response plans in the event something goes wrong. In addition to those responsibilities, I also manage certain operations related vendor accounts including handling of contractual negotiations. As well, this position also requires that I design and manage the interview process for candidates into the Technical Operations team. Lastly, keeping service expenses related to Operations within budget is also included as part of my responsibilities.
