At UGClists, we created a SaaS solution specifically designed for UGC (user-generated content) creators to find and pitch to relevant brands, as well as manage their entire UGC business.Inspired by the rising trend of UGC creators alongside influencers in our marketing agency, we realized the unique challenges they faced in elevating their careers.We identified key gaps in their ability to connect with brands and gathered insights directly from these creators to understand their needs and brainstorm solutions.This led to the birth of UGClists.Our vision was to develop software that progressively added features to help creators find clients and streamline their business operations.We started with sketches, moved to design, conducted additional research, and finally assembled a team of developers to build our first SaaS product from scratch.The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) was a success, leading to the expansion and addition of new features.Despite facing numerous challenges, as this was a completely new experience for us, our thorough marketing preparation resulted in over 200 active users at launch.Unfortunately, after some time in operation, this project had to be temporarily halted due to some private challenges.Nevertheless, this was a wonderful experience in a completely new industry.It required learning a lot of new skills to manage a SaaS, and despite the challenges, this period will undoubtedly benefit my future career.

2014: Discovering the World of TradingAs a child, I was captivated by movies about the stock market, dreaming of one day being part of that world. However, it seemed like a distant fantasy. In 2014, I discovered that even an ordinary person from Serbia could start trading on global markets. This revelation ignited my passion, leading me to delve into trading by reading extensively and practicing on demo accounts.2015: Taking the First Serious StepsIn 2015, I opened my first account with a brokerage firm, investing my own money. This was a turning point where I began to take trading more seriously, seeking out educational resources to deepen my understanding.2015-2017: Balancing Education and TradingBalancing university studies with my growing interest in trading was challenging, but I seized every opportunity to learn more. These years were marked by constant engagement with trading, even amidst a demanding academic schedule.2018: Advanced Education in Forex TradingIn 2018, I enrolled in a comprehensive Forex trading course, diving deeper into the intricacies of trading and beginning regular trading activities.2019: Full-Time CommitmentBy 2019, I decided to dedicate myself full-time to trading. This commitment involved ongoing education in financial markets, including stocks, futures, and other financial instruments. Trading had become more than a job; it was a full-time passion.2020: Trading on the New York Stock ExchangeIn 2020, I expanded my trading activities to include the New York Stock Exchange, complementing my regular Forex trading. This period marked a significant milestone in my trading career.2021-Present: Transition to Passive InvestingGiven the market instability from 2021 onwards, I transitioned from active day trading to a more passive investment approach on the New York Stock Exchange.

As a Corporate Relationship Manager, I played a key role in securing sponsorships from top companies for our events.Through successful engagement and negotiation, I ensured the success of our projects by obtaining crucial support.I took the initiative in direct sales efforts, establishing lasting professional relationships that provided continuous backing for our organization.

While in my third year of university, I participated in a startup idea competition.My team and I created Rentier, a marketplace that connects people who have items they rarely use and want to rent out with those who need these items for a short period.Inspired by the sharing economy, our innovative idea won first place at the IF4TM competition.This experience introduced us to the world of entrepreneurship, where we developed essential teamwork skills and a deep understanding of startup culture.We also participated in a competition called "Generator" organized by OTP Bank, securing second place by audience vote.Motivated by these achievements, we decided to develop Rentier into a full-fledged startup, expanding our team and refining our platform.In the following period, we dedicated ourselves to all necessary steps to bring our idea to the market and have it tested by the first users.Although I eventually had to leave the team due to other commitments, this experience was invaluable. Rentier marked my official entry into entrepreneurship, where I learned about innovation, sales, marketing, and teamwork.This entire experience showed me that entrepreneurship is what I should pursue in my career. It was crucial in shaping my career and developing the skills needed for future business challenges.

I began my journey in the company as a promoter at various events, where I honed my skills in engaging with people and introducing them to our products. This role required a lot of direct interaction, which was both challenging and rewarding.My potential for leadership was quickly recognized, and I was promoted to team leader. In this role, I led multiple teams of promoters, coordinating their activities, providing necessary materials and stands, and training them in effective communication and promotional techniques. My responsibilities included organizing events, overseeing performance, and ensuring our promotional strategies were successful.During my eight months in this role, I significantly advanced in team leadership, working with people, and direct sales. I decided to leave the position to prepare for university, but the experience greatly enhanced my abilities in leadership and interpersonal communication.

I joined Siberian Wellness as a teenager, just when the company was starting to establish itself in Serbia. Initially, I was just a high school student working as a Sales Representative, learning the ropes of the industry.With enthusiasm and a lot of hands-on experience, I quickly moved up to lead a small team of up to 10 people.• Grew from a novice to managing a team of 10 sales reps, guiding them through their first steps in sales and helping them improve their skills.• Took charge of sales strategies with a hands-on approach, trying out different techniques and learning on the go, which boosted our team’s performance and sales results.• Excelled in direct selling, using one-on-one interactions to promote our natural health and beauty products, which was a new and exciting challenge for me.• Rapidly advanced from a high school student to a managerial role, showing a lot of adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow, while sharing new insights with my team.
