    At UGClists, we created a SaaS solution specifically designed for UGC (user-generated content) creators to find and pitch to relevant brands, as well as manage their entire UGC business.Inspired by the rising trend of UGC creators alongside influencers in our marketing agency, we realized the unique challenges they faced in elevating their careers.We identified key gaps in their ability to connect with brands and gathered insights directly from these creators to understand their needs and brainstorm solutions.This led to the birth of UGClists.Our vision was to develop software that progressively added features to help creators find clients and streamline their business operations.We started with sketches, moved to design, conducted additional research, and finally assembled a team of developers to build our first SaaS product from scratch.The MVP (Minimum Viable Product) was a success, leading to the expansion and addition of new features.Despite facing numerous challenges, as this was a completely new experience for us, our thorough marketing preparation resulted in over 200 active users at launch.Unfortunately, after some time in operation, this project had to be temporarily halted due to some private challenges.Nevertheless, this was a wonderful experience in a completely new industry.It required learning a lot of new skills to manage a SaaS, and despite the challenges, this period will undoubtedly benefit my future career.
