I am part of a team responsible for ensuring availability and uninterrupted operation of company services. Answer operators' and third party vendors' requests in a timely manner through a ticketing system. Investigate issues related to game clients, game servers and web services by analyzing log files and DB records. Unlock player sessions, audit winnings and check game availability for operators. Use monitoring tools to spot for problems or irregularities with company services. Participate in the integration process of new game vendors and operators.
