Housing units are connected to infrastructure therefore 34 families with a total of 101 members are resettled to new homes.Personal responsibilities and duties: • Coordination of all technical details of the project and ensuring that they are in respect of Laws of the Republic of Serbia, professional standards and norms, technical documentation of construction projects and projects for execution, • Technical control of tender preparation, according to PRAG standards,;• Technical coordination and control of the work of the team of architects / engineers of Housing Center;• Technical cooperation and supervision of authorities of municipality of Odžaci and contractors;• Financial monitoring of the execution of works, verifying temporary situations and payment approval;• Cooperation in development of methodology for conducting workshops with stakeholders to beneficiaries,• Technical coordination designs for presentation material, • Cooperation in development of methodology of communication and visibility of the project, • Preparation of regular monthly narrative reports, thematic reports and final report, and affirmation of project value.
