My role in GfK was focused on:⦾ Delivering market insights about FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods) shopper behavior, based on the data from Consumer Panel and other sources⦾ Conducting analyses, creating reports, and communicating insights⦾ Tracking KPIs on a retailer/product level to in-depth market diagnostics addressing the client’s specific needs.I’ve engaged in numerous projects for clients such as Delhaize, The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Molson Coors, Heineken, Carlsberg, Nestle, Mondelez, Procter & Gamble, Henkel, etc.

This was my first research and analytics experience. Objective: The goal of this internship is to understand and detect potential disruptions in the Serbian banking network. Result: A white paper with analysis and findings was published on the National Bank of Serbia portal. Following the results of this study, NBS was able to estimate the risk caused by the lack of liquidity of some major domestic banks.
