• Complete governance and responsibility over all sales finance processes up to the level of GP (Gross Profit) Margin for Bosnia Beverages business including:• Annual, quarterly and monthly planning cycles of P&L top line• Monthly and annual closing cycles• D&A reporting and control• Price and promo management• Support and participation in Weekly DSC (Demand & Supply Control) meetings, Monthly demand & market management review meetings• Full financial support to sales department regarding NRR CoC (Cause of Change) analyses of NR (Net Revenue) & GP (Gross Profit) Margin level versus AOP, YAGO and monthly/quarterly forecasts• Quarterly ROI evaluations of promo performance per customer and type of promotion, post evaluations of revenue management initiatives, providing guidance and recommendations for future improvements of promo investments• Monitoring price/pack performance and identifying opportunities and risks: supporting PPA (Price-Pack Architecture) and range analyses on country/channel level• Pricing process control owner – monthly control of price and promo discounts changes in the system (SAP) according to the pricing process map and approval matrix for West Balkans• Management of our principal’s beverages business Knjaz Milos from sales finance perspective, external communication and cooperation with the principal regarding all relevant processes (price calculations, promo management, D&A reconciliations and cross-charges)• Ad hoc activities and projects mainly aimed at supporting quality business decision making, creation of various P&L analyses, cost-benefit analyses, price calculations, system P&Ls, promo management improvements, participation in various projects aimed at business transformation, simplification of processes, templates and costs savings.

• Creating NR (Net Revenue) AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts per country and channel: volume, price, brand, pack and customer mix• Analyses of NR and NRR (Net Revenue Realization) variances versus AOP, YAGO and monthly/quarterly forecasts• Leading and creating D&A (Discounts & Allowances) budgets for AOP and rolling forecasts processes, as well as full control and monitoring of D&A per country, channel and customer• Full financial support to corporate sector & senior management team regarding NRR CoC (Cause of Change) analyses for YTD and BOY periods• Coordinating processes at the month end financial closing of NR for Beverages• Quarterly ROI evaluations of promo performance per customer and type of promotion for Beverages business and providing guidance and recommendations for future improvements of promo investments, as well as post evaluations of revenue management initiatives• Monitoring price/pack performance and identifying opportunities and risks: supporting PPA (Price-Pack Architecture) and range analyses on country/channel level• Pricing process control owner – monthly control of price and promo discounts changes in the system (SAP) according to the pricing process map and approval matrix for West Balkans• Supervision of reporting & consolidation of Beverages NR and analytical support for weekly DSC (Demand & Supply Control) meetings and monthly demand & market management review meetings• Ad hoc activities and projects mainly aimed at supporting quality business decision making

• Reporting and consolidation of NR on SCEB level (South Central Europe and Baltics) and analytical support for weekly DSC (Demand & Supply Control) meeting • D&A (Trade discounts and allowances) reporting and controlling for West Balkans Snacks• Supporting Commercial planning team in creation of NR AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and rolling forecasts per country/channel: volume, price, brand, pack and customer mix• Profitability analyses by monitoring the realization of NR up to the level of packaging and initiating price/pack size corrections• Promo evaluations (ROI) of Promo spend per country/channel/customer/type of promotion for Snack business and post evaluation of revenue management initiatives• Nielsen market analyses per country/channel/brand/pack

• Preparation and analysis of P&L consolidated by countries, profit centers, principals and individual business, comparison with the data from previous periods and budget• Creation of the budgets for revenues and expenses in cooperation with the portfolio managers• Doing price calculations and calculating the effects of sales actions• Preparation of the reports of principals’ funds, calculation of accumulation and costs that are included in the funds balance• Preparation of Logistics efficiency report and OPEX control within the supply chain• Cost-benefit analyses for the purpose of business decision making• Regular meetings with a Finance manager for the purpose of reporting on the realization of operational tasks and other activities
