Hello, y'all,I am Aleksandar and I'm a person who is able to quickly grasp new concepts. I'm always trying to understand how things work in great detail and my primary overview in life is to find the logic behind everything. My interests in telecommunications, automobile industry, energy (electrical and renewable) and mechanics industry give me my drive to move forward in my knowledge and acquire new skills. I am very energetic person and have hobbies which include photography and fixing my car. I very much like statistics and often try to analyze and search for an optimal way of completing a given task.My work experience is mainly gained and polished in Electrohold where I have started working as intern while studying. After 6 months the internship ended and I was promoted to full-time team member in the same division. After another 2 years I was again promoted to team-lead.In my work experience I have had the opportunity to work alongside with different foreign companies. My main job was to organize the workload between team members, to teach and assist them in their job and most importantly - to find different approaches in resolving issues. Another aspect of my current job is to assist the deployment of a smart metering software with different electrical meter vendors which can be quite extensive and continuous task. During my professional career I have worked both individually and in a team - I have felt comfortable in both scenarios
