    I am a head-hunter for LUKOWA Group, just last year I recruited 42 people in the company in various departments, and even had early success in fruit Procurement which is not my “forte”. Finance, wealth management, administration, people management, logistics, analytics, and business development (AI and automation)… With LUKOWA’s specific corporate culture finding the right people is an adventure. Together on this journey with me is young Bojana Savić, we complement each other perfectly which allowed us to screen almost 6000 people in 10 months.Led the implementation of TeamTailor (ATS), from business justification to official release and later fine-tuning with AI. Which opened many other opportunities that I am pursuing together with Bogdan Terzić.The second part of my job is something that can be described as a People and Culture manager. As a former basketball player and coach, I am, obviously, especially proud of our participation in the Quatox Corporate basketball league. It created a nice buzz around the company, people are coming to watch us.LUKOWA Academy was something special, a month-long case study with workshops about investment strategies had even some people audience coming to all workshops and going through the motions for the sake of knowledge and experience. The event ex-yu character and it was good for Serbian students to measure against top students from Slovenia and Croatia. Next year I have plans to make it even more international by including students from Italy, Hungary, and the Czech Republic.
