"DI" - Demarque Inconnue) was considerably improved during the last inventory period (from 0,86% to 0,57%)2) Close work with Acceptance department thanks to direct subordination enabled to reduce DI in "Fresh Products" sector from 0,92% to 0,35% (the last 2 inventory periods)3) Author's monthly inventory system was developed in "Sold by weight goods" department, that enabled to inventory stock with quite a good quality despite immense size of it.4) Thanks to close work with commercial managers old stock was decreased by 35% during 2 semester 2010 (fulfillment of budget)5) Day-measured stock is reduced from 43 in the beginning of the 2d semester to 23 in the endHuman resource management1) Constant coaching of staff (different trainings for inventory roles and methods and for expert school) 2) Staff turnover in my sector was lower than budgeted one, the strong and stable team was made.3) A manager of accounting department was prepared and nominated, which was the first promotion of such a kind in the hypermarket.
