On joining the then founder-led team, I focused on building meaningful management reporting. As the company matured and listed on the Nasdaq First North alternative market, the focus shifted to building up the finance processes, procuring new accounting systems, implementing reporting standards, raising funds twice on the exchange, stock exchange reporting and management of external audits. I handle all the financial modelling and planning the company's path to positive cash flow during our rapid growth (50% revenue growth per year since 2020). Modera is a Nasdaq-listed SaaS company with a mission to digitise car sales. We have helped over 30 different car brands to fit into the new multi-channel car sales world. Our solutions cover Dealer Websites, eCommerce, cloud-based CRM & Retail, Trade-in, Online Video Chat, Showroom Digitalisation, Agency Solutions.

I work with companies to help develop financial plans, improve operations, find strategic direction or fundraise. Rather than only provide advice, I also take on different operational roles to facilitate the transition to new processes together with the team. The work covers, among other things, the building of financial models, management reporting systems and business intelligence systems. I consider what data the companies should be collecting, build data connectors and process data for business intelligence systems. I have worked with companies in the fields of real estate, insurtech, healthtech, fintech and other IT.

As a member of the founding team my work here was quite broad but the main topics I drove were: 1. developing (modeling) a financial plan2. communicating and pitching to logistics-focused VCs to raise funds3. organizing the sales outreach, developing and testing the sales pitch to establish market needs and our product development priorities4. keeping up morale when we experienced high levels of uncertaintyFintruck solved carriers financial and operational problems in the chain of logistics. We managed to build software only with founders and were able to include 2+ mln factoring money. Currently on hold, as the carriers face major issues with drivers and regulations which are outranking other operational challenges.

During my involvement we grew from about 30 to 100+ people. The company has now grown its reach over the world with clients in the European Union, the United Kingdom, North America and Oceania. Insly provides full-cycle low/no-code insurance software for MGAs and insurance companies.I transitioned into the Product Owner role from EY to get a broader understanding of processes in IT product development. In client-specific projects, I managed a team of 8 people and was responsible for the on-time and on-budget delivery, quality of the work my team produced and the motivation of my team members.From there I developed into the role of business analyst, going deeper into analyzing client needs and how our product and project managers could solve them. Because of my financial background and experience with insurers' financial reporting, I helped design the accounting module for the no-code product among other things.At the same time, I handled all of the internal financial management and consolidated reporting for the group.

EY is one of the Big 4 consulting companies working across assurance, law, strategy, tax and transactions to build a better working world, helping create long-term value for clients, people and society and build trust in the capital markets. EY has teams in over 150 countries. As an Assurance Senior Consultant I planned the the audit approach of many audits. I managed 1-4 Consultants in each audit. Clients ranged from manufacturing to banks and insurers and to providers of a stock trading platform. I also worked on multiple projects for other service line to expand my expertise. For example, fraud detection/investigation and business process mapping and advisory. I continued my career by rotating to the Transactions Advisory Services (TAS). TAS projects covered buy-side and sell-side due diligence, financial modelling for valuation, and managing and coaching Consultants staffed on projects.
