BI and Data Hub product owner, project owner.In the PŚO, I am responsible for providing the right data management strategy and methodologies, effectively delivering and developing the data warehouse as a product, and unlocking the business value hidden in the data.The DataOps and Business Intelligence areas I'm building are becoming the link between business, IT and data, supporting every part of the organization by sharing our knowledge, experience and products in line with the latest trends in these areas. I also have the great pleasure of building the first PŚO system embedded in the public cloud.

Leading a team responsible for support and delivery process in Data Warehouse. Assuring business processes analysis, system and data flow analysis, data warehouse based solutions design and implementation support; being a bridge between non-techniacl and technical units by providing a platform for the exchange of knowledge and information between business & analysts and DWH engineers & ETL Developers; leading BI projects and supporing key organisation projects.

Providing support for direct sales channels (D2D sales and Retail Shops) in terms of planning the goals of managers, leaders and agents, research on the profitability of channels and shops, conducting projects increasing the level of sales and service quality; analysis of daily trends in sales results of all sales channels, analysis and estimation of profitability of projects in the area of Sales & Care.

Leading a team of eight specialists supporting the Customer Care, Customer Operations, Customer Experience and Telesales areas in reporting and analyzes, forecasts, multi-annual cost planning, annual budget planning and verification of its realization, external partner billing processes, maintaning incentive award systems and the satisfaction survey process; providing support in key internal projects for serviced internal clients, business analyzes and external audit processes, development of processes and methods used in the team in order to provide more efficient and better products for internal clients

Reporting of Operations, Care and Experience areas to support decision-making process across CEE region, creating business models and business requirements, planning and verification of actual status of budget realization, managing analytical and reporting projects, analysis of major KPI changes, developing recommendations based on received reports, task automation, work with relational databases and BI, development of individual tools for data and results presentation, reporting from distributed systems and databases.

Handling CRM and related systems, digital telephony and internet provisioning system, calls tariffs system; recording and escalating notifications; supporting staff from other departments; account services to internal customers; cooperation on projects of the company and corporate; analysis and the creation of business requirements; analysis and oversight of current reports; data reporting and analysis; SharePoint resources and workflows management; conducting tests in information systems; detection and escalation of issues in systems and applications.
