I find this quote translates to a workspace because, being respected by people teaches us how to be respectful toward others. When showing respect it means recognizing somebody for who they are, even if they differ from you or you don't agree with their views or opinions. Showing Respect in a workplace relationship builds safety, trust, and wellbeing.My personal vision is to always be on top of my game. This thought motivates me to perform at my very best in a work environment and always display that I am prepared to get the task at hand done.My immediate goal is to succeed at Humber College. I am really excited to start post secondary and to excel in film and video. I chose this goal because I've been patiently waiting for college and now that its here, I am very very prepared to put my best work into the program.
