of signed contracts,- Systematic achievement of set monthly sales targets and repeatedly exceeding them by 200%,- Coordinating weekly meetings with the sales team, ongoing reporting of sales results and market analysis,- Organising personalised property presentations according to individual customer requirements and actively selling them. Advising on technical matters,- Creating contracts and negotiations in cooperation with the legal department,- Generating marketing and sales plans,- Effective time management, working under pressure with high commitment.

Responsibilities:- Co-managing the project, timeline and investment budget,- Participating in shaping the investment scope and playing an active role in the decision-making process in accordance with project guidelines,- Prioritising tasks, managing Backlog developing action plans for the entire team,- Assessing risks associated with decisions and resolving emerging issues at each stage of the project,- Preparing weekly reports for stakeholders,- Monitoring the progress of work in real-time,- Creating task lists for internal employees and contractors,- Coordinating the pace of task completion while ensuring resource availability,- Researching and building lasting relationships with suppliers and contractors in the market, negotiating and preparing contracts for each stage of the project.
