- Responsible for implementation of following standards in Production, Supply Chain, Mintenance departments: 5S, Product respect, TPM, SMED, Hoshin, STOP SCRAP, Value Stream Analysis, Kanban, Built-To-Truck.- Applying best practices from other Valeo plants.- Physical flow optimisation by relayout of production lines and logistic warehouse. - Audit of implemented tools on Genba.- Leading improving of Direct Labor efficiency, reduction of equipments and tools losses.- Piloting of Plant savings plan with all departments.- Coaching Production, Logistic and Maintenance teams on applicationof VPS tools and methodologies.- Promote continious improvement mindset through leading workshops.- Validation of Full Production Days for new products in terms of complying to Valeo Production Sysytem (VPS).- Implementation of Manufacturing Executing System to follow up all production KPI and launch alerting system in case of KPI targets deviation. - Implementation of Electronic Workstaion to eliminate paper version of working standards and improve certification process of operators on the line.- SAP MM/PP/SD Key user.

- Deploy all Valeo Supply Chain standards, guidelines, working methods, methodologies and tools in the plant and toward Suppliers- Ensure all supply chain activities to support New Project Introduction or Engineering Change- Provide Suppliers Logistics Guidelines and agree Logistic Protocols with all suppliers- Validate the respect of supply chain specifications during all Project Phases milestones; validate the requirements options selected in all VRF (Valeo Requirements Form) file for all new suppliers and projects- Support the project and purchasing teams by proposing the best solutions leading to maximizing the service level, minimizing the logistic costs and inventories and accelerating the physical flows from suppliers to customers- Is responsible for project supply chain issues until phase 4 (6 months after SOP)- Transportation organization by optimizing high pick-up frequency, freight and costs- SAP MM/PP/SD Key user

Implementation of all processes for supply chain department, continuous improvement.

- Supplying of local and import components- Management of supply chain specialists with 60 suppliers- Optimize material master data in SAP system (truck capacity, lot size, safety stock etc.)- Participation in meetings with suppliers, monitoring of decisions

Following SAP stock for the components, checking backflush of components, checking that sap is working properly regarding materials consumption
