Developing Corporate Strategy of the Russian Appetite Group of Companies to be a leader in Russian fast-food market. I was a strategy expert and responsible for defining key strategic directions to grow by 300%, optimizing a business portfolio and creating a strategic map of the BSC. 3. Improving a business model and a shareholder value of the Moscow electro grid company (MOESK). Together with my partner, Roland Burgman, I had created the value-drivers tree and made recommendations on how to increase the market value of the company twice almost. 4. Business model reengineering and developing a new retail concept of the consumer electronics retail company KEY. I was supporting the KEY’s team to find a new strategic way of thinking of how to do their business to get sustained competitive advantages. I delivered the methodology to help them to build three business model options and to make a decision. 5. Developing a marketing strategy for the regional grocery retail company. For the retail company of the LAMA holdings, I suggested the new way of segmenting customers based on shopping behavior. It allowed them to find key points of its value proposition and create a new retail format focused more on target customers, and, a store of the new format was built.
