I managed a recruitment process for Tinkoff's top product - Mobile Bank. My responsibilities were:- Helping hiring managers to optimize the hiring process.- Hands-on recruitment.- Constant analysis of recruitment pipeline.- Working together and managing my team of 2 sourcers.
