I worked as a project manager and Deputy Director of the R&D Institute, where I successfully implemented several projects to develop technologies for the aerospace industry, allowing improved quality and productivity. With my partner, I founded a company to develop and produce innovative equipment for aircraft manufacturing.I aim to use my experience of managing innovative R&D teams and my Babson MBA in Entrepreneurship to lead projects and create new products for the Healthcare industry.Helping my grandfather to recover from a stroke motivated me to work on solving mobility problems.
