- Incoming call processing and customer consultation- Making outgoing calls to confirm orders- Fulfillment of sales plans for services and related products- Processing mail requests of colleagues from other departments, sending mail notifications to clients

Resposibilites:- Technical and information support for clients on various projects (payment systems, etc.)- Work with incoming calls- Interaction with other teams in case of complex issues, customer coordination- Fixing customer requests- Reporting- Help in troubleshooting related to Internet settings (Tech.
