In my previous projects, I had different activities to make sure the quality and accuracy of our work. I helped create and update detailed manual test cases using TestRail, covering all features.I did both manual and automated testing. One important task was creating automated tests to check key functions regularly, which helped find issues early and saved us time and resources.I reviewed my teammates' documents to find issues. I also managed bug tracking and reporting with Jira, documenting each bug and ensuring they were fixed quickly.I tested our project's API using Postman and Rest Assured and used Swagger for API documentation to ensure everything worked as expected.I was very involved in our CI/CD processes, using Jenkins to add our automated tests into the pipeline, helping with smooth deployments. Communication was important, so I kept in touch with my team through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.I also enjoyed mentoring junior team members, sharing my knowledge to improve our team's skills and efficiency. I took part in quality improvement efforts, finding ways to improve our processes and making changes to enhance our work's quality.Finally, I supported user acceptance testing (UAT) by working with end-users to make sure the final product met their needs and expectations. This approach to testing and quality assurance helped us deliver a high-quality product.
