Work in a team developing credit products for small and medium-sized businesses. Implementation of new banking processes and the enhancement of existing ones. Complete closure of the analytical stack:a) System analysisb) Participation as a consultant in bank-wide projects;c) Development of detailed technical specifications, including algorithm descriptions and code interventions if necessary;d) Conducting training for colleagues on their respective processes.2. I serve as the "entry point" for the business:a) Identifying growth points in team processes, exploring options for implementation, and executing them;b) Facilitating urgent tasks from the business, including incidents and crisis measures;c) Team member development, growth plan development, goal setting, and monitoring.Job Specifics---- Deep immersion in business ideas, participation in business requirement negotiations with adjacent departments as a technical expert;- Expertise in all systems used in the process, including integrations between them;- Development of end-to-end processes from the front end to the back end with all integrations;- Analysis of process weaknesses and proposing ways to strengthen them;- Working with "true" Scrum;- Experience with all needed stack;Implemented projects---- Numerous crisis measures, including non-trivial credit products, credit holidays, and the like;- A new process for issuing collateral products for businesses, unique to the credit institution;- Development of an end-to-end process for issuing business loans. (Complete online issuance without the client visiting the office). Includes front-end, middle-end, and back-end development;- Implementation of electronic signature of documents by clients in all existing products;
