• product controlling of 4 regional brands as part of BSH Home Appliances Group: Zelmer (Poland), Ufesa (Spain), Profilo (Turkey) and Pitsos (Greece)• profitability calculation of new product launches, including scenario and investment analysis• supporting the BSH and Zelmer integration process through financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decision-making• financial controlling of 2 assigned subsidiaries: Zelmer Central Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary) and Zelmer South Europe (Romania, Bulgaria)• active participation in the month-end process, budget preparation and financial audit assistance

• undertaking business analysis on the Management request and developing an evaluation of key risks and opportunities in the sales budget• close cooperation with the Sales Team through regular goal setting and presenting sales indicators in a business context• evaluation of current bonus system, development and implementation of new sales programs to motivate the Sales Force and drive financial results• monitoring execution against plan and commenting on deviations between the actual and forecast

• providing regular updates and ad-hoc analysis on actual progress against forecast to enable the Management a quick response in the fast-changing business environment• coordination of all financial aspects within the Supply Chain Team to ensure that operational goals align with the budget commitments• cost optimization and support, from a controlling perspective, of improving efficiency and productivity in logistics• active participation in the financial month-end and forecasting process

• undertaking P&L calculation and business analysis to support product portfolio management and marketing plan execution• coordination of advertising budget fulfillment and preparation of return on investment analysis for promotional campaigns• active participation, from a financial perspective, in new product/brand launches in order to secure targeted KPI’s• supporting the Marketing Team with evaluation of business results and assisting with queries

Calculation of production costs, transfer prices and cost saving projects. P&L estimation for marketing projects and ad-hoc financial analysis to support business planning.

Support for auditors in the annual financial statement verification process. Preparation of financial audit documentation.
