I am a project manager with work experience gained in London (England) and Warsaw (Poland). After completing MA in Bilingual Translation at Westminster University in London and gaining first experience both as a translator and a project manager, I moved back to Poland to follow my path in project management.Throughout my career I have built and maintained long term business relationships with clients and contractors. I worked with clients within European Union as well as Unites States, Australia and Canada. I’m customer-focused and I believe that dedicated teams built around a customer are the key to their success. Working in translation industry made me sensitive to cultural differences and gave me exposure to work with people of various cultures and backgrounds. Therefore, I've naturally built teams that are diverse and inclusive for years. My colleagues valued me for being empathic, professional, supportive, engaged and focused. Being responsible for both team performance and customer satisfaction, I have learned to stay on top of my responsibilities by using Getting Things Done methodology. This enables me to effectively prioritise, delegate and deliver in fast paced environment. I'm flexible and use my quick decision making skills to contain and manage critical situations related to projects or teams.I quickly learn new applications, Content Management Systems and tools that help to streamline and automate daily work. I'm a certified Professional Scrum Master I (scrum.org).I communicate fluently and effectively in English (C1) both verbally and in writing.
