-In the beginning of my career from the age of fourteen until eighteen years I worked in the food industry. I managed cash flow, processed cash payments with customers as well provided wonderful customer service. •At the age of eighteen I started working with Cypress Care as an Outbound Call Center Representative in which I handled over 300 incoming calls assisting patients in explaining how their workers compensation benefits work. In the one year of being a Outbound Call Center Representative I accomplished the highest calls taken by an agent as well the most patients set up on Home Delivery reaching a record(which has not been broken as of yet) high of 120 patient in a month. • I was promoted after a year of being an Outbound Call Center Representative to a Pharmacy Resolution Specialist. While I was in my new roll I created a New Hire Training Program. The project took over 6 months to complete and it included over 100 modules and assessments on each module to assist new hires. Also while in the Pharmacy department I was the top ranked employee, as well I took in the most incoming and outbound calls. •My promotion to Specialty Service Representative happened after a year in the Pharmacy department. I am the senior representative in my current roll as well the top Quality Performer in my department. I have accomplished the highest up-selling when it comes to order processing. In the Specialty department I also assisted in creating a training program as well training a lot of new hires. -I relocated to the Milwaukee Area two years ago. Currently I am working with Health Insurance.
