- Preparing offer letters and employment contracts to secure candidate's flawless transition to Akamai
- Coordinating new hire medical exams, collecting documents and maintaining personnel files to ensure compliant document administration
- Creating HR-related Purchase Orders and processing relevant invoices to ensure proper allocation of funds and financial compliance
- Managing HR mail and data access requests
- Participating in the Wellbeing community - organizing workshops
