My role involves overseeing the outsourcing team and driving its evolution projects and integrations in a scalable and high-quality manner for the Adevinta Group.The objective is to develop and maintain healthy and effective relationships with vendors, ensuring that quality, effectiveness, and scalability are prioritized. I am accountable for the budget, forecasting, invoicing, contract negotiations, and the quality and KPI results of various vendors.Collaboration extends to both external vendors and internal departments such as Customer Service Operations, Procurement, and Legal. Additionally, I am responsible for managing a team of 6 FTE.
