I have almost 15 years of experience in both B2B and B2C models, and I am passionate about helping businesses tell their stories. My professional journey began with organisng various events for financial professionals, investors, IPOs, and small caps. This experience laid the foundation for many of my future accomplishments. Later, I moved into a business development role before a corporate restructure presented me with the opportunity to transition into an operations management role. In this new position, I delivered labour hire services to clients in mining, hospitality, and agriculture.In 2017, I refocused my career on marketing and joined RAC. With the excitement of working with a major brand, I plunged in headfirst! During this time, I developed a strong background in ATL and direct response marketing, working on commercials, content shoots, channel optimisation, and all the things that marketers consider 'fun'. The DREAM gig! After returning from maternity leave in mid-2019, I had the opportunity to take on the delivery of the new Knowledge Management system for RAC and step into the member experience (CX) role. During this time, I honed my skills in Agile project management while navigating a complex network of interdepartmental stakeholders. I received several award nominations for my contributions to the project and also for my contribution to the COVID-19 pandemic response team.Currently, I lead a team of eight brilliant marketing and communications professionals based in Perth and Sydney. I focus heavily on content marketing to grow engagement with clients, partners, influencers, investors, and talent. My position oversees not only the parent company brand but also all joint ventures and subsidiary brands. I am currently focused on improving internal communications to boost blue-collar engagement and driving the brand forward to the next level of sophistication.In addition to my professional achievements, I am also passionate about helping others. I advocate for females in male-dominated industries and work with NAWIC WA to promote the amazing female talent at Duratec.
