Main responsibilities:- E2E coordination of planning from pre-MRP via Purchase Order till Order to Deliver- PO / call off management for strategic materials- Long term capacity planning for strategic materials- Preventing short/long-term issues impacting business in supply planning area- Invoice / supplier dispute management for strategic materials- KPI design and monitoring for strategic materials- Collaboration with other planning functions and drive new process design- Driving process excellence, intelligence and optimization to MRP process- Driving to closure on repeatable issues reported by various departments- Taking corrective actions in case of low performance external and internal indicators base on weekly analysis- Focus on improvements by jointly defining gaps and aligning to benchmark parts- Minimize obsoletes across sourcing units by providing Phasing Plan agreed with Category- Input / Participate into Supplier Performance Review

Main responsibilities:- Ordering and coordinating deliveries of materials and products for ensuring continuity production- Analyzing, generating report and documentation of orders, purchasing, stock levels, materials blocked and deliveries - Conducting negotiations about prices, delivery terms, and terms of cooperation- Using SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel for reporting, analyzing and planning supply chainbasic on requirements company- Co-work with planning departments about materials planning- Creating, sending and updating forecasts delivery of materials for suppliers- Supply chain planning- Ensuring continuity of supply - Analyzing market and cost of materials- Control and check of the deadline delivery for order fulfillment- Manage suppliers base and their update- Composing request for a proposal for suppliers - Controlling and checking orders with sales documents (invoices, delivery note, transporta-tion documents)- Control and optimization of materials stock levels- Co-work with polish and foreign suppliers- Search for new suppliers, who meet all requirementsExtra responsibilities:- Creating and update Material Master, BOMs, and routings in SAP ERP for new project- Entering delivery materials to system SAP ERP on basic on receiver documents- Periodic supplier evaluation- Organize and control transport to pick up materials and products from polish and foreign suppliers- Taking part in developing packaging for products (design and searching for new solutions)- Taking part in meetings and in audits - Co-work with the other departments from the company and right external companies

Responsibilities:- Implement ion and development system of production planning- Planning of production based on analyses of orders, production abilities KPI and stock levels- Continuously to monitor and to correct production plan- Resolve current problems of production and warehouse- Plan and monitor production cycling- Coordinating of the material flow system- Control of key stock levels- Communication with suppliers and check meeting the deadline delivery- Co-work with the manager of a production, sales department, and technical department- Watch over the implementation of production plan and deadline of orders

Responsibilities:- Implement and develop production rate (efficiency, disruptions, KPI)- Analyses of production work based on prepared production rate-Verification of work card workers- Prepare documents OPL and SIP- Prepare and write safe instruction of products- Co-work with the manager of production and the manager of KAIZEN- Design new layout production hall based on current production- Measure the time of assembly components
