• Managing and delivering the highest level risk projects and critical programs• Defining, scoping and planning business and operational change• Provide oversight and direction to all complex projects/programs or ones defined as needing strategic direction• Business Liaison between the Business and Technology teams and all other Lines and/or Organizations that are part of the initiative including external Partners

• Monitoring and analyzing the regulatory changes and Card Schemes rules related to company operations and supporting the process of implementing the required changes in products, systems and operations, along with preparing necessary documentation• Ensuring the company’s operations are in compliance with the card schemes rules and applicable laws and regulations• Cooperating with the Card Schemes and local or European regulators concerning proposed changes and their impact on company’s solutions• Cooperating with the Card Schemes in terms of comprehending the rules and their interpretations in case of ambiguity or contradiction with other regulations• Negotiating with the Card Schemes for the support needed to implement innovative company’s solutions, alongside changes required by the Card Schemes• Monitoring of implemented changes along with recommendations• Cooperating with the Company’s teams in preparing requirements and implementation plans for changes and coordinating implementations

• Monitoring operational and compliance risk environment to identify new risks and assess existing risks to ensure proper risk mitigation and coverage • Identifying the appropriate operational, regulatory and policy requirements for each process• Assessing the effectiveness of the Business Line’s control environment, identifying, managing and documenting the key controls to mitigate all applicable risks• Conducting a robust line-by-line gap assessment of both European wide and local regulations to ensure proper risk mitigation and control coverage• Addressing requirements of Group Policies and Regulations• Engaging with the Second Line of Defense to respond to credible challenges for the completed impact assessments• Creating comprehensive audit trails/work papers, assessing and documenting appropriate review conclusions• Participating in the overall Quality Assurance Program strategy, which addresses operational and compliance risks and internal policies’ requirements

• Planning, executing and reporting on the testing results of operational and compliance/regulatory related controls• Preparing comprehensive Test Scripts for tested controls including detailed test attributes to support each test question• Monitoring issues emerging from control testing related findings• Testing processes and controls in accordance with internal policy and Quality Assurance Procedure (in at least two year cycle) to ensure control effectiveness• Supporting Risk Control Matrix certification process for the assigned Business Lines areas

• Planning, executing and reporting on the testing results of operational and compliance/regulatory related controls• Preparing comprehensive Test Scripts for tested controls including detailed test attributes to support each test question

• Identifying and originating projects for the assigned Operations Areas (Collections, Frauds, Disputes and Payment Exceptions) by completing Blueprint artifacts for the new ideas and submitting them to Clarity Project Management system• Assisting with the clarification of scope, justification, impact and prioritization for all types of projects from an operational perspective• Monitoring and delivering decision on the behalf of the Operations throughout the lifecycle of all projects – small, medium and large• Assisting with and/or preparing project implementation steps along with adequate documentation• Directing and monitoring project activity within Clarity Project Management system, including role and responsibility assignments of project team members

• Managing the team to ensure the highest possible efficiency and unit’s goals achievement• Coordinating and monitoring the process of rejected transactions (debit and credit cards) for all types of transactions at all rejection levels within given SLA• Participation and coordination of company internal projects

• Participating in internal projects across operations units• Verification and correction of rejected transactions in the clearing system• Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Team

• Processing and re-processing of rejected transactions in the company's internal clearing systems
