Together with the animal scientists, we aim to develop a product that will improve the animals' welfare on farms. The core of the product is computer vision and AI, and the features we develop are based on scientific research, data analysis, and continuous conversations and testing with our clients. My main task was to set up the Quality assurance department and define the way of working according to the industry standards, including risk analysis, defect management, and feature definition. I participated in Medical device regulation implementation and DiGA application (German market). Next to that, I managed a small QA team, where I defined team goals. Held regular 1-1 meetings with colleagues from my team. Hands-on projects, including activities such as test automation and acceptance testing. Participated in the hiring process. Led Clinical research initiative, with the aim to influence the product based on the research outcome. Some of the tools I used: espresso (Java and Kotlin), xctest (Swift), playwright (Typescript)

Worked on the topic of how benzodiazepines affect cognitive functions measured with MMSE in elderly patients who had had a myocardial infarction. Tools: SPSS and R

Developed and implemented quality assurance strategies and protocols. Due to a lack of quality assurance engineers, I introduced new ways of working, such as quality assistance, intending to spread the quality control work across the whole tram. Improved the existing test frameworks and pipelines, and participated in test automation, user story mapping, release management, and defect management.
