- Main contact and regular communication with clients in my responsibility, for all topics related outsourced staff - Preparation and submission of working contracts and all papers for registration of new employee- Preparation of contract for temporarily and other working arrangements- Registration via Central register for social insurance of employees (croso)- Maintenance of all personal data in evidence system- Preparation of input data for salary calculation- Calculation of travel and other employees expenses- Other employee related documents

- Follow up and implementation of the labor legislation;- Responsible for administration process and labor documents preparation for new employees (agreements, forms, subscription/unsubscription documents, all documentation related to new as well as cancelation of working agreements);- Keeping all HR registers according to law and company’s procedures (personal folders, presence on work, vacation, seek leave etc.); - Main contact person for Labor law inspection;- Preparation of documentation and data for payroll calculation;- Coordination and contacts with chiefs of construction sites regarding HR issues;- Preparing HR related documents and solving issues with employees e.g. salary confirmation for banks, kindergartens and similar, vacation decision etc.;- Preparation of guidelines and internal procedures;- Preparation of different reports - Preparation of tender documentation related to HR and legal topics- Support in procedure in case of injury at work (there is separate department for health and safety).

- HR related activities: organizing recruitment process; follow up labor legislation; - Organizing daily activities for Director of the company;- Organizing business trips, meetings, presentations and seminars for the company;- Internal and external correspondence and communication;- Contacts with various institutions and business partners; - Preparation of various data bases for company needs;- Maintaining records, books of incoming and outgoing invoices and protocols;- Gathering, sorting, using and recording all relevant data and documents;- Payment procedure;- Control and organizing legal work and sorting and tracking cases that are currently in court on trial and contact with legal representative;- Gathering documentation and contacts with accounting agency.
