Responsibilities:(i) case review - review of pre-trial investigative, medical, and forensic records,(ii) scientific research of case-related topics, (iii) testimony review,(iv) litigation-support investigative research,(v) editing and proofreading manuscripts.

Responsible for training (i) students in the cognitive interview method and (ii) members of the uniformed forces of the Polish Internal Security Agency with psychological methods (i.e. CBCA) to more effectively analyze interview results of alleged crime victims and perpetrators.

Responsible for directing a team conducting research into (i) the accuracy of specific memories of those who witnessed crimes, (ii) how to induce more accurate memories of such witnesses and senior citizens and (iii) the effectiveness of different methods of witness questioning and how to improve the efficacy of such questioning methods.Responsibilities generally included:(i) Personnel Management. Directly managed a team of twelve (12) research students who conducted memory research interviews;(ii) Searching and Recruiting. For each research project, managed the search for and recruitment of interview research subjects;(iii) Schedule Management. For each research project, managed detailed research and work schedules for the team, including timing and organization of subject interviews and specific work assignments with the goal of timely delivering research results to the managing professor;(iv) Process Management and Implementation. Managed the administration of research subject interviews, including logistics, scheduling, videotaping, determining interview topics and questions, administering psychological tests and reconnecting with test subjects at later dates for comparative interviews;(v) Analyzing Witness Responses. Analyzed witness responses to questions with the goal of determining true and false memories and the efficacy of different types of questioning; and (vi) Standard and Cognitive Interviews. Managed interviews with subjects utilizing both standard and cognitive interview techniques.

Responsible for client record organization. Managed client interactions and personally liaised with both company agents and third party clients to determine and confirm various data points with respect to clients and customers.
