- Centralization of the planning process for 5 autonomous Production Departments (leading 10 Planners)- Implementation of APICS methodology- Establishment of Final Assembly Schedule weekly subprocess- Active participation in deployment of SAP ECC within PP module- Leadership in continuous improvement of the production planning process

- Creating of Planning Department as a one of the optimization projects in the area of production process (production departments: Breaker, Smelter, Refinery)- Building team of production planners - fact based & transparent team management (openness & understanding, low power distane, trust, team work, support and feedback)- Implementation of production planning methodology based on MRP II and all necessary planning tools (S&OP, MPS, weekly and daily schedules, capacity control) together with corresponding procedur- Co-creating communication flows and formal relation within internal divisions (Production Planning, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Technology)- Auditing of internal processes in the organization- Co-creating Value Stream Maps for the organization (global process and particular stages)- Reporting KPI to Chief Operational Officer

Management of Logistic Department (about 15 persons)

- Be a leader of Planning Department - team management of production planners- Verificating of daily scheduling correctness in the systems of JIT and JIS (departments: injection, paintshop line, assembling)- Creating of SO&P and MPS, analyzing the factory's capacity- Creating and maintenance of data base for all products in portfolio (MTO, ETO) - app. 2.000 SKU- Providing analysis regarding new logistics processes and new projects implementation from capacity point of view- Forecasting of finished goods with extend up to 1 year

1. Obligations connected with logistics of production as part of supply chain:- weekly MPS creation- medium-term and long-term forecasting of demand for the finished product - defining of the safety stocks and planning the final levels of finished products- assistance in the implementation of the following SAP modules for planning purposes (SAP APO), i.e. SNP (Supply Network Planning) and CTM (Continuous Time Management)2. Obligations related to analytics:- Reporting KPI's (daily, monthly, quarterly and annually) to the Supply Chain Director (KPI's for procurment, portfolio, sales, shipments, forecasts, stocks etc.)

- Logistic support and service for key business customers with special regards to OEM customers in the area of Europe (managing of order entry, controlling of order fullfilment, allocating of finished goods between customers, arranging shippments, contacting with the warehouses and cooperating with customs authorities and freight forwarders, managing the complaint process)- Preparing schedule of the project associated with the reorganization of the Customer Service work according to long-term strategy of the company (including the establishment of a new system of communication with customers, creating procedures, finding problematic aspects of Customer Service work and identifying ways to prevent the issues)

- Logistics service of the customers with particular reference to European Area and the Middle East

- Sales and after-sales service for the individual and business customers connected with the mobile phone market- Training of the new employees and supervising their work
