Role at a SaaS company consisted of effectively communicating with company's prospects and clients via digital and traditional channels. I've initiated marketing projects and drove them using agile methodologies. Gained experience in PR, Content Marketing, Social Media, Agile Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Social Media.

A month-long project, which consisted of testing and setting up a new E-commerce platform. My primary role was to ensure that everything displayed on the Tommy Hilfiger website supported business requirements and met customer satisfaction. Moreover, I have developed and executed test plans in order to reveal technical issues. By providing the team with progress status reports, I contributed to an efficient completion of the project. Gained experience in SAP, Jira and Wirecard.

The projects focused on producing original content for various media channels. I optimised content with accordance to SEO and used content management systems to analyse traffic. I lead the creation of promotional campaigns, monitor its successes and create weekly reports to communicate back to other departments within the company. Alongside the PR team, I helped with external communication, market research and social media. In collaboration with CRM, I analysed customer interactions and data.

The role included informing high-profile clients on the banking laws in Luxembourg, looking after their needs and concerns, as well as providing them with ways to manage their assets. I also learned how to perform security checks on politically exposed people. Gained experience in Relationship Management.

Internship at an outdoor advertising company. Roles included supporting the international sales team on various projects, gathering and collecting data from countries and the company’s diverse clients. I worked with communications for the Sales and Marketing department and was delegated to be in charge of social media, predominantly on JCDecaux’s blog, to inform the public about the latest developments and innovations at the company. Gained experience in Market Research and Business Development.
