Main roles and responsibilities:#PMO of Transformation Program- creating of PMO structure and tasks- establishing standards for program management and monitoring- monitoring of the performance and provided program benefits- identification and monitoring of dependencies with other projects- cooperation with all company business units (eg. Controlling, HR)- reporting and recommendations for CEO and Board Members- supervising and leading project team meetings- implementation of Management 3.0 standards- preparation and quality check of documentation for Board members and Program Sponsors # Leader of Communication in Transformation Portfolio- creating a coherent program communication plan for employees - communication and knowledge sharing between projects- building and animating a community of people involved in the program- creating a concept of spreading cultural change in the organization# Coordinator of IT & Robotization streams:- co-creation of initiatives increasing IT unit effectiveness- cooperation with managers of IT and Robotization streams # Strategic analysis-short-term and long-term vision design, objectives and pillars of OPL transformation
