The development team in this company consisted of very strong and talented programmers, thanks to whom I learned a lot. For example, they taught me approach to programming, about how to write code better, about the principles of programming, about design patterns, about effective teamwork with other developers, etc. The company highly appreciated the quality and readability of the code, so high requirements to code have always been high (you can read more about the requirements on this page. The backend used its own framework (the architecture was similar to Symphony), MySQL, Redis, ClickHouse (column-based DBMS from Yandex). On the frontend, we mainly used React. In some places there was ordinary js - jQuery code. For a couple of months I started with small tasks (fixing bugs, refactoring, code optimization, etc.). After that, I was transferred to the main development team. Of the tasks that I have done, I mark the largest ones: translated the project from php5 to php7; developed react components for new pages of project; developed engines for integration with CRM services, advertising channels (in particular, creating integration with Google AdWords and Merchant Center); developed an architecture for creating and running scripts (similar in functionality to the Symfony Console Component).
