The project was made in cooperation with Aalto University and EY Law Finland. Motivation for the service design project was that EY Law had showed interest in creating a new kind of co-sourcing service model to support their legal clients in a novel way. Throughout the project we examined the question of what are the needs of business clients when it comes to creating a co-sourcing operation model for legal services. The project consisted of deep dive interviews with business clients of different sizes and benchmark analysis of relevant existing co-sourcing models in the field of legal services. As results of our analysis, we constructed customer journey maps for various client groups, and generated findings and suggestions concerning the ideated co-sourcing model for legal services.EY Law was very pleased by our work. This was a user experience & user interface design project conducted for a client company that had ordered this project from Aalto University. The project was about redesigning an existing digital map service. Our team started the project off by doing user research in form of semi-structured interviews and surveys with the users of the service, after which we developed a prototype with Figma of newly designed map service. After our first prototype proposal was done, we tested the prototype with users in user testing interviews. In the end, we finalized the prototype based on comments we got from the user testing and presented the final Figma prototype to the client company. As part of the project we also provided an in-depth report where we analyzed the future of the service and what kind of changes we proposed there.

The project is made in cooperation with Aalto University and Pohjola Insurance. During the project, we examined how digital channels and omnichannels could be best utilized when dealing with small business customers who are managing their insurance coverage. We also looked into how the present or potential small business customers actually wish to interact with digital channels. During the project, we carried out in-depth interviews with small business owners, analyzed benchmark cases, developed a user-interface prototype of a digital sales channel and generated suggestions on how to build up a omnichannel solution for small business insurance sales. With the results of this project, Pohjola Insurance is able to provide improved and even better digital services for their B2B customers.Pohjola Insurance was very satisfied with the results of our project. I worked as a member of Oomi Energia sales team, but my work also included a lot of customer service. I learned a lot about sales in this position and therefore I can now understand better, how the Customer Experience is built. In addition, I gained a lot of knowledge about the energy sector in Finland. My strength was to combine sales-oriented attitude with excellent customer service.
