During the academic year 2021-2022, I have been the administrator of Business College Helsinki Snapchat, alternating with another student. My job has been to tell about my student life in and outside the college, and to share information about the other activities and current events of the college from a student's perspective.I've tried to share interesting and varied snapshots of my own life and answered questions from the followers. I have also tried to maintain and increase the number of followers on this Snapchat account.It has been great to see that my snaps have reached both students and potential applicants, and I am proud to have played my part in creating a positive image of the institution and influencing the number of applicants.I have learnt a lot in my work and developed enormously as a performer during the academic year. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work in this role and would highly recommend myself for positions that require customer service, sociability and social media knowledge.

I got to know and earn money during an internship at an S-market and it was a really rewarding experience. I got to do a variety of different tasks in different departments of the store, such as shelving and displaying products. I learned a lot about customer service and gained valuable experience on how to work in a store during busy periods and how to deal with customer service situations. The traineeship was a good way to develop my working life skills and to get to know the retail sector in practice. All in all, I was really satisfied with my traineeship at S-market.

Duties: customer service, prepreparation and sale of fast food, unloading deliveries, self-supervision and related tasks. Ice cream kiosk, learning to make and sell scoops.
