I am a construction and projects lawyer specialising in construction contracts and dispute resolution in construction projects. My work with construction and project law assignments include construction contracts, supply and delivery agreements, service agreements, subcontracting agreements and project agreements. I provide practical and solution oriented advice through all phases of construction projects. I have also lectured for many years on construction topics typically related to the General Conditions for Consulting KSE 2013, the General Conditions for Building Contracts YSE 1998 and Alliance Contracting.My work with dispute resolution assignments include construction related projects and some other litigation. I have represented clients in various litigation cases before different tribunals in which the subjects of the disputes have usually related to construction matters, claims for damages and contractual matters.Before joining Applex, I worked at Castren & Snellman where I advised clients in various fields of business law including international construction and projects, real estate investments and transactions as well as dispute resolution. That prior broad experience, together with my additional master degree in economics and business administration, give me a solid foundation for advising clients in complex and challenging projects involving different fields of law.
