Customer Service Representative
Current- Complete order flow management from order acquisition to order invoice in compliance with agreed trade terms with a key role in the submissions of special orders
- Delivery flow management by liaising directly with Production, Planning, Logistics, Operations and customer whilst acting as first point of contact in the event of any query/issue
- Key sales/customer-related analysis and reporting to the benefit of both Sales team and customer
- Customer master data management ensuring timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all information including promotions
- Backorders and open orders portfolio management to ensure a clean sheet
- Customer’s first point of contact for all possible their needs and requirements and coordination of unique processes for high levels of Key Accounts' satisfaction
