• Preparing a Quotation and Purchase order.• Update employees and management about any messages received through phone calls or delivered by post, courier, etc.• To prepare weekly report to provide follow up services to clients• To provide administrative assistance to the supervisor• To handle the front office when office manager is not around.• Distribute the service request from the clients to the apt person to complete the complaints and faults at the earliest.• Continuous reviews of the client requests. Follow up on requests on a regular basis and record input for accurate tracking of the company prospects• Coordinating with Business Services and Property (Warehouse/Receiving) for Min/Max items, procurement issues and shipment of MHE for re-certification.• Maintain the information in the office’s records management system.• Sort records and documents in accordance with classification standards and instructions.

Receive and check deposit slips details ensure physical cash Consistency generate corresponding process slips and forward to shift supervisor Perform bank note authentication process when required. Prepare the daily reports according to the deposit slips. Identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services Accept money or cheques deposited by customers. Verify record and receipts, and credit customer accounts. Cashed checks and disbursed monies after verifying signatures, endorsements and member account balances Entered member and transactions data into computer and issued computer-generated receipts to member Provided excellent member services and maintained member satisfaction. Employed security measures to ensure funds were not compromised.
