I've been working as independent consultant helping many companies to find solutions to hard problems, understand their needs and map the complex relations between business requirements, technological infrastructure and applications, data and mostly important, how to best serve their customers.My specialty is to create viable solutions to problems where others usually tried and found no solution.This can be achieve through adjustment of business processes, real understanding of the basic blocks of technology and smart use of them to resolve high severity cases and fill technological gaps and business needs. Sometimes is a new product / application, sometimes is just reorganization of the current tools.My job is to teach and train employees sharing the knowledge needed to overcome those problems, create the environment needed and even helping to implement those solutions - sometimes in a form of a Business Plan, Proof of Concept or a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) depending of their needs and their tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Kanbam, Business Canvas, Design Thinking, Butcher Paper, etc).
