Additionally, I played a pivotal role in enhancing the app's performance and usability by transitioning to the MVI approach, simplifying intricate View logic within the existing codebase. Moreover, at another endeavor, I supported the integration of several Medical Information System SDKs into the project, facilitating the creation and deployment of customized applications for five distinct medical clinics.

Subsequently, I expanded my expertise into cross-platform development, contributing new features to a Flutter application for a valued client.

This app catered to the needs of vegans and individuals with dietary restrictions, facilitating the quick identification of suitable products in non-specialized stores. In addition to overseeing the development of the Android app, I coordinated the efforts of iOS and backend developers, as well as a designer. I actively participated in API design, managed the release schedule, and maintained our presence on Google Play and the App Store. This experience culminated in the successful development and launch of multiple applications, including CRM client and backend systems, which positioned the company to meet key performance indicators and secure an initial investment round.

In the latter half of my tenure, I played a key role in a comprehensive redesign initiative, collaborating closely with the client's design team to enhance the application's user experience. Additionally, I conducted multiple demo sessions for our esteemed client, culminating in my appointment as the head of our team's UI stream.
