In collaboration with engineering students from Santa Clara University, two anthropology students (myself and Defne Kincir) and a BBA student (Matthias van Ongevalle) from KU Leuven worked to implement a water filtration system for a well in a Maasai community just south of Narok, Kenya. While the engineers designed the filtration system, we have worked on the implementation of the project to make sure it is culturally and socially sustainable, which has included: constant contact with Elder Sabore and the community to ask about their needs, culture, etc.; pitching/contacting larger corporations for funding; networking and attending conferences on African and European collaboration; providing cultural workshops for the team to adjust their designs to make the filtration system locally sustainable; utilizing advanced anthropological methods to develop a user handbook for the well that is relevant and understood by the community; and creating a culturally relevant business model to allow the well to be community supported and self-sufficient, as determined with members of the community. We are also creating the foundation for future projects in collaboration with KUL Research & Development/KICK, SCU, and Sabore's Well (NGO) to focus on the needs/interests of the Maasai community. I assist in project and event management for projects related to student entrepreneurship (such as hosting/planning Brown Bag Lunches, Learning Garage workshops, etc.) as well as providing coaching/guidance for students about their startup ideas by helping with BMCs, networking, pitching, and other related skills. I also worked on communications and social media campaigns, including the outreach and promotion of the office's programs to faculties beyond business and engineering (such as social science, humanities, medicine, and law).

Transcribed primary documents and conducts in-depth, archival research on U.S. history for use in the Historic Brattonsville museum and Museum of York County. Assisted in the interpretation and analysis of documents to ensure cultural accuracy and community accessibility, including contacting local institutions and descendants of local historical figures. Contacted members of the community to assist in museum projects and planning local events, such as virtual themed trivia nights and encouraging community participation on the museum's research-related projects.

-Ensure the quality of data, past fieldwork analysis, and updating/compiling documents within the archaeological record -Experience in cataloging, identifying, and the conservation of artifacts from the Rock Hall Museum in Hempstead, NY; artifacts include ceramic, glass/bottles, animal bones, and other miscellaneous objects -Conducted research using references, sources, and deriving knowledge from artifacts to understand forms of material culture, history of the archaeological site, and confirming the accuracy of the 1836 historical property survey

As a student aid, I work to help brainstorm events for clubs to host on campus as well as assisted in the creation, organization, and development of student events. I am experienced in the process of campus events from an adviser position, both in administrative tasks as well as coaching of students for club promotion and expectations on a university scale. Additionally, I have established strong relationships, communication, and organizational skills as a result of my interactions with coworkers and faculty from Hofstra University.

Managed/Organized archival documents, media, and pictures to advertise Kraemer's successful history as well as develop social media campaigns promoting Kraemer's work culture and how past projects and innovations influence the present. Assist in proposal development and writing for future project bids. Brainstorm and Create social media posts that share information about Kraemer's on-going projects throughout the nation, the diversity of the workforce, and volunteer projects throughout the world.
