We transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary environments, fostering a unique blend of creativity, commerce, entertainment, and culture.Duties & Responsibilities:Visionary Leadership: Conceptualize themes and poster design; Plan and execute NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair events; Establish a cohesive vision that combines commerce with culture.Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive strategies; Curate vendors, music lineup and immersive art installations; Ensure a captivating experience for attendees.Logistics & Operations: Oversee logistics of events; Secure venues, permits, and legal contracts; Manage load-in, load-out, and event operations.Community Engagement: Engage local community, solicit feedback, adapt to meet evolving needs.Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies; Create buzz, attract customers, and drive attendance; Utilize traditional & digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, press releases, influencer partnerships, and grassroots outreach.Team Building & Management: Assemble and lead a dynamic team; nurture a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion.Brand Development: Infuse the NIGHT MARKET & Street Fair with values that resonate with the target audience; Embody the essence of community & connection.Cultural Integration & Impact: Act as bridge between guests and business; Foster partnerships and a sense of belonging; Showcase over 120 local small-business and artists; Provide a platform for economic growth and exposure; Attract diverse and inclusive audiences.Financial Management: Ensure financial success through effective budgeting, revenue generation, payroll, and cost management.
