• Scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance and repair support to three Hospitals and over100 clinics in the HealthPartners / Regions Hospital Medical Facilities network.• Interpreted manufacturer literature and schematic presentations to repair, maintain, and troubleshootmedical equipment.• Incoming technical and safety inspections on all new incoming equipment ensuring compliance withall governing rules, regulations, and policies.• Responsible for incoming customer calls for service shop on rotating basis• Responsible for weekly rotating after hours on-call pager responding to emergency situations at allHealthPartners locations.• Worked closely with outside vendors, sub-contractors and outside service technicians to ensure properservice and delivery of devices.• Organization, scheduling, creation, completion, and closing of work orders in a timely manner on boththe WOSYS and Asset Manager data systems.• Device upgrades, recalls, and corrections completed when necessary.• QMS System, JCAHO, HIPPA, Environment of Care, and Infection prevention experience.• Purchased and maintained tools and parts inventory.• Provided technical assistance and instruction to personnel in the operation, maintenance, and safetyhazards of equipment.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to implement solutions through logical problemsolving.• Various Manufacturer repairs and maintenance including; Philips, GE, Helmer, Thermo fisher Scientific,Hamilton Medical, Welch Allyn, Ritter, Zoll, Sonosite, Storz, Stryker, Covidien, Olympus, Baxter, Drager,Steris, Tollos, 3M, Masimo, LogTag, Eppendorf, Beckman Coulter, and many more.
