I am a Senior at Fairhaven College, Western Washington University, majoring in Law, Diversity, and Justice. I am currently an Investigative Intern at the Whatcom County Public Defender's Office. This past Fall quarter, I wrote a research paper titled "Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for Prisoners is a Human Right." I was nominated to present this paper at Fairhaven College's Scholar's Day Event during WWU's Scholar's Week. This week is a celebration honoring students' outstanding academic achievements. This paper was also accepted to the University of Washington's Institute for Innovation and Global Engagement Conference. After I graduate from WWU in Winter 2023 I plan to continue on to law school. I am passionate about legal advocacy, feminist and disability justice issues, prisoner rights, human rights, and civil rights. My employment history includes positions as an executive assistant and receptionist in a medical office, bartending, serving, and salesperson at Beyond Vape Seattle.
