As EU4Youth project team, our team worked to promote youth skills development and employability, education and training, and support youth engagement in civic, cultural, academic and professional exchanges. EU4Youth programme supported hundreds of young people to develop their leadership and entrepreneurship skills through a variety of actions, including training, capacity building and fellowships.- Coordinated multiple project's initiatives and communication with partners;- Provided regular advisory support for project’s stakeholders;- Managed digital communications (newsletter, website, campaigns);- Developed guides, toolkits, presentations and other educational materials;- Delivered online and onsite training sessions;

- Managed the communication circle around the project: supervised monthly newsletters in Mailchimp (with statistics analysis) and website content, drafted communications messages, performed analysis of the media landscape and project updates;- Managed the conference in Geneva with 150 guests from all over Europe: developed the event's materials and presentations, content for the event app & the satisfaction survey as well as onsite support;- Independently developed and conceptualized a qualitative & quantitative research poll on EU broadcasters' digital maturity; - Performed a full research for the EBU Activity Report 2017-2018;- Assisted in preparing project documentation, including roadmap, minutes,reports and status updates;

The Aarhus Centre of Grodno supports and promotes the implementation of the Aarhus Convention, and operates as a platform to educate citizens, government and the private sector on environmental challenges;- Coordinated the digital library and the newsfeed;- Facilitated research on new promotion channels and partnerships that resulted in a new cross-border partnership;- Researched and coordinated the traditional and new media channels to promote the Aarhus Convention;- Expanded the traditional media outreach that resulted in 20+ citizens’ inquires and 7 invitations for event participation.
